The Executive Board is pleased to announce the ratification of the 2015-2019 Contract. After many hours and tireless negotiations, we have reached an agreement with the State of New Jersey. Once we have a time line for retroactive payments and when the pay raises will be implemented in our paychecks we will be sure to put it out to the members.

NJLECOA & State of NJ MOA |
The Executive Board is proud to announce we have reached an MOA with the State of NJ. We worked extremely hard to negotiate what we feel is a fair and equitable contract for all of our members.
This contract was negotiated within the guidelines of Chapter 78 and the 2% Arbitration cap. We are extremely happy with what we were able to accomplish within these restrictive guidelines.
