The NJLECOA is proud to offer our member's 4 scholarships for the fall semester. These scholarships are for the NJLECOA Member's dependant children. A total of 4 scholarships will be given out for the fall semester each year. 3 - $1000 scholarships and 1 - $1500 scholarship in the name of Major Edwin Rodriguez.
